Freedom Kits In Cambodia

It was a long journey, but our kits finally arrived and are being distributed at the high school in Siem Reap, Cambodia!!!!  Here's the feedback from the receiving school: 

"We are so thankful to Jennifer Ko [the Eagle Scout candidate] and her sewing team at Freedom Kits of Yakima who made and donated a whopping 500 menstrual hygiene kits!

These kits  ensure girls stay in school no matter the day of the month.  And because they are washable and reusable, they are kind to the environment too.  Our workshop team have already started distributing these during their Growth & Change sessions, eagerly received by female students.

Thank you so much Jennifer and team for this fantastic donation, and for bringing the kits personally to Cambodia."
